Common issues and how to fix them.
- Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with, and check your inbox for a verification link if this is your first time.
- Don't see any listings? Your current area may not have active listings yet, or might not be live on 9ja EasyListing yet — try widening your scope with the location pill, or search "All of Nigeria".
- A listing won't go live? A property listing above ₦50,000 requires a posting fee before it becomes active — check Account → My Listings for its status.
- Still stuck? Use "Chat with Support" or "Report a Seller/Listing" above, and our team will follow up.
